“They will say of me, ‘In the Lord alone are righteousness and strength.’” All who have raged against him will come to him and be put to shame.”
— Isaiah 45:24 (NIV)
Scripture talks about strength less as something you manufacture and more as something you receive. The passages in this rotation come from both ends of that story: promises spoken to people who had run out of their own resources (Isaiah's words to exiles, Paul's thorn in 2 Corinthians 12) and commands given to people about to step into something daunting (Joshua taking over from Moses, the charge in 1 Corinthians 16:13). Read across a month, the pattern is consistent: the strength on offer is tied to waiting, trusting and being upheld, not to trying harder. Come back daily and the rotation works through the whole arc, one verse at a time.
This page serves one verse from the strength rotation each day, the same verse for every visitor on the same Central-time date. Read Isaiah 45:24 in its full chapter here: read the whole chapter.
