Healing in Scripture is wider than the physical kind, and this rotation keeps the full range in view: bodies restored in the Gospels, a broken heart bound up in Psalm 147, a whole community called back to health in 2 Chronicles 7, and the by-his-wounds language of Isaiah 53 that the New Testament reads as pointing further than any single recovery. Some verses are promises, some are prayers asking for exactly what has not happened yet. Psalm 6 and Jeremiah 17 both pray that way. Taken one a day, the pool is honest about both halves: God heals, and his people still ask.
